hello guys,

my right earbud has a lowest sound than left earbuds, and in razer audio my right earbuds is different, like pict below

Does the audio concern happen while the earbuds are paired to another device? Have you tried isolating the issue by using a different audio-related application on your device? Perform the steps below and see if it helps:

• Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
  
  
• Wait for five seconds, then open the charging case.
  
  
• Tap and hold both earbuds for four seconds to activate pairing mode.
  
  
• Tap four times and hold the last tap for two seconds until you hear a tone on both earbuds.
