Hi, I bought a raze viper mini 3months ago it suddenly stopped working today I tried updating my drivers, reinstalling the razer synapse, I even tried it to plug it on my sister's laptop and indeed it doesn't work anymore, the mouse still lights up, It's still responsive when I click but when I drag I can't I think the sensor is broken is there any way it can be fixed?

Does the issue also occur without Synapse in the background? Please PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and look for a way to sort this out.
