Razer Wolverine Ultimate won't recognize/connect on windows 10

Hello,



I purchased the razer wolverine ultimate and am attempting to use it on my pc (windows 10+) but when I connect the controller via usb cable provided it doesn't get recognized by my computer. The cable isn't fault as I can press the xb button and it turns on/flashes for a second. I downloaded the app on the microsoft store and it says "plug in your razer wolverine ultimate to get started" and despite troubleshooting for hours and reading on forums I can't get any solution to this. I don't understand how or why my pc/the app is not recognizing the controller. And yes I've tried just about every obvious solution such as switching usb ports etc. Some help would be greatly appreciated!

I just got my Wolverine yesterday and like many others had trouble getting my Windows 10 PC to recognize it. I ended up disconnecting and reconnecting the quick disconnect on the USB cable and after that I was in business.
