Hello,

I’ve had my Wolverine chroma v2 since July of 2022 and had no problems until yesterday. In the middle of a gaming session, the controller disconnected and I have not been able to reconnect it since. I have tried resetting the Xbox Series S, changing USB ports that the cable is tied to, and even plugging it into my laptop, and nothing has connected to the controller to turn it back on. 
 

I have noticed that there is a small “tapping” noise that occurs when the controller is plugged into the Xbox Series S - you can hear this only when holding the controller close to your ear. It’s almost as if the controller is not receiving enough power from the cable to turn on. 
 

Please advise for troubleshooting/if a new cable is needed, where do I purchase?
