My Tournament Edition controller randomly disconnects midgame, making it absolutely unusable. I saw that there has been discussion about this a few months ago, has a fix been found or do I need to refund this controller? I don’t use rumble on my controller and have never had it on.
Im also experiencing disconnects on my Razer Wolverine v3 tournament edition controller so would be interested in knowing of any permanent fixes. Im convinced it has something to do with the connection from the cable into the USB C port on the controller. If i nudge the cable, it then allows the controller to be reconnect.
This just happened to me for the first time tonight playing Apex - and multiple times within the hour after trying some fixes. Have to keep unplugging and replugging to get it to work again. It’ll be okay for a few minutes, and then go unresponsive again. Sometimes audio cuts too, sometimes it remains. Really infuriating because I love this controller, but I will not play this game off and on with warranty replacements only to encounter similar issues in time. I was relieved to be rid of the Elite II stick drift BS, only to now deal with this.
Turn off vibration and use a usb c to usb c if possible . No more disconnecting. Tho this shouldn’t be the solution . Fix the problem razer !!
Yep razer is a scummy company that scammed us with a fragile controller they know breaks
