Updated to Win 11 to try and fix my audio problems, but still no luck - for some reason I can no longer comment on my previous post.
I'm a developer with 200gb of data on this device, so am not in a position to restore to factory settings as stated on the razer support page :
Important: This process will remove all data, files, settings, games, and applications. Back up all your data to an external drive.
Surely the original Realtek drivers must be available somewhere - why is this so difficult to fix?

I now have no audio from the speakers after installing Audio_RTK-Win10_Win11-6.0.9250.1 and ISST-v2996 the speaker icon in the system tray just says no output devices found now - fun times
DirectX Diagnostic Tool says -
No sound card was found. If one is expected, you should install a sound driver provided by the hardware manufacturer.

In case anyone else has this problem here's the driver for the speakers - mic is still knackered:
