Just received it today and can't get it to power on. The adapter works and charges other devices. The LED in the front flashes white every 5-10 seconds when I hold the power button but it won't turn on. There is no charge indicator and I've had it plugged in for about an hour already.
That's odd. Try isolating the behavior by following the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, do send me the serial number of your laptop via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and assist you further.
