Swollen Battery 2020 Razer 17

I've had two different Razer 17's and both were my main daily during the time I had them.
The one I'm using right now is the 2020 Razer 17 and the battery is starting to swell.

I only noticed because the laptop was excessively overheating. I opened it up to change the thermal pasting and some of the thermal padding only to find that the battery is starting to swell like it did my old Razer 17. I've had this laptop for over 2 years now, so it is definitely out of warranty. I purchased it through BestBuy, so it is definitely out of warranty there too.

The hardware is still running great with probably about another 2 years of software/firmware updates available in the upcoming future so I want to keep using it since I can't afford a brand new desktop.

What do I need to do and how much will it cost me?

Hi SteelBluefastbox856,

I can start a case and raise your concern to the relevant team so they can look into our options in providing you with a replacement battery. Please PM me the serial number and a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and for documentation purposes as well.
