Synaps keeps disconnecting keyboard and mouse

ever since i updated my razerblade advance 2018 bios synaps keeps disconnecting keyboard and mouse at odd intervals. the thing is it doesn't do that while in game, only when im outside of a game environment. and it can go days without doing it. i cant find a usb logg in system events so unclear if there's a driver failure but have uninstalled synaps 3 after reading about similar issues and its solved the problem.

the issue also sometimes comes along with a usb disconnect sound. but the lights on the mouse dont go of. must be some sort of driver corruption somewhere

thing is i like synaps and want to find a way to go back to the way things where. i cant roll back on the bios updates so thats not an option. i have also removed any power management of USB devices from the controllers to rule that out.

i have a few things connected so am using a usb hub (unpowered) to connect keybaord and mouse. this has been working for more than 2 years now without any incidents.

- razer ornata v2
- deathadder elite
-razer usb sound dongle
-core x
- external usb drive hub

i have tested without synaps 3 and everything works fine. no disconnects
i have run a clean install of synaps3 and still disconnections occur only now its just the mouse that's doing it. it also reconnects if i give it a moment or two.

Razer team do you have any suggestions?

the second clean uninstall of synapse and a reinstall of some intel wifi drivers seem to have solved the problem for the most part. Still experiencing some usb disconnect pings but now neither peripheral are impacted and continue to work properly

Understood. I received your PM and let's just continue there so I can assist you accordingly.

Try to update the drivers in the device manager and make sure your Windows OS is up to date as well. You can also proceed by repairing the Synapse app just follow the steps here. If that didn't work, gather the Synapse logs from your PC by following this guide and upload the files to google drive, and PM me the link so I can start a case and raise your concern with the Software Team.
