the mouse(Mamba TE) suddenly stopped working

Hello, I have a problem with the mouse(razer mamba tournament edition), I tried every way, i.e. restart pc, reinstalling the software, unfortunately nothing helped, the only way for it to start working is to turn off razer synapse 3 completely, other devices, such as a mouse pad, headphones and keyboard are working fine

It happened literally an hour ago while watching Youtube without moving the mouse, a notification popped up saying that "usb device cannot be recognized"

This sounds like a software problem. Try to repair the Synapse app by following the steps here. If that didn't work, proceed by performing a clean installation of the application by following this guide.
