On 10.11.21 I bought 2 Items from the Razor Gold Shop ( like an Idiot ), the Items are Resident Evil Village Deluxe Edition and Xbox Game Pass for 6 Months , after the Transactions were successful and the Razor gold is gone from my account I did not receive the PINS and it said "Oops! We are still loading your transaction details. Please try again later" , I sent a ticket to the costumer support right away and till the moment ( After 12 DAYS!!!!!!!) I still didn't get my PINs !!!!!!! I don't need the items anymore and can someone please refund me my money?????????
I know where the frustration is coming from, and that's not the experience I'd want you to have. Do you mind sending me the ticket number via PM? That way, I can review the case and tap our Razer Gold Support Team since I don't have much visibility towards the issue. I'll pick it up from there.
