i just bought my blackshark v2 x headseat new and it did not come with an activation key and when i try to register my headset i get this warning

There’s a high chance that you have a counterfeit device but I’ll double-check it just to be sure. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
