I can only speak on behalf of Asia-Pacific region.
RAZER ship their products through FedEx, the item gets delivered in between a week or 2.
So far I have not encountered any delivery delay due to Pandemic, but rules can be applied differently depending on your Country.

Actually, when ordering RAZER items through razer.com, they send the FedEx tracking number to your email.
@waaygone. If you have placed the order directly from us and selected the Standard Shipping, it'll take at least 6-10 business days after the order was shipped to be delivered. Should the order be placed from our website, send me your order number via PM. That way, I can check on its status and make the necessary steps if needed.
