Ive had my Tartarus now for years I love it, its a big part of my gaming. Happy its still functions perfectly. This attempt at help isnt about my Tartarus thankfully.

Issue 1. Everyday my pc has notification that theres an update available for Razer Synapse, click here to update it says...i click on notification as instructed...nothing happens..same notification everyday..clear it, click on it, its back everyday. Im currently running version 2.21

Issue 2. I delete profiles for games i no longer play or dont need and everyday they're back...delete them again, back the next day.

About a year ago maybe i sent email to Razer support about these issues, I forgot the response I got but basically their solutions to my issues didnt work, I gave up back then since the actual product my Tartarus is still going strong and the issues are just annoyances.

Figured it couldnt hurt coming here for possible solutions, so here i am.

Anyone know how to permanently delete profiles?

Is my version 2.21 current and if it is why do i keep receiving notifications to update?

if it does need updating why does nothing happen when i click on update option?
