We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.

I’m having some trouble with my Blackshark V2 headset, so I tried to contact support through the Razer website. It asked me to enter the serial number for the device and I did but it said that “We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.” I verified that I entered the number in correctly but I am still having the same issue.
