Wireless Razer Mamba Chroma (16000 DPI) stuck in Bootloader mode.

In an attempt to fix problems with my Razer Mamba (cursor stuck in x-axis line, randomly going into sleep mode, etc) I put it into bootloader mode to hopefully reinstall it’s firmware. However, I can’t find the correct firmware to install into it, and programs that I got from the downloads page in the Mamba page could not detect the mouse.

Is there any way to fix this?

Have you tried plugging it into another computer or laptop to check if it has the same problem? if the issue still persists try updating your synapse . You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse in the device manager. If issue still persists uninstall and reinstall your synapse with firewall off. Hope that helps
