Razer dont give a toss about mac support its dire, and as per normal they ignore any posts asking about it on here and on facebook - Razer products look cool but their support is lacking big time, they need to wake and fecking listen
Same problem here... So frustrating
This is pretty frustrating.
Why can't I setup my Razer Mamba Wireless on mac Catalina.
It doesn't seem too much to ask that a $60 mouse work with every OS.
How hard is this? Ubuntu and Windows 10 support it out of the box? WTF!

I called customer service and the guy said it doesn’t work on Catalina , I’m pretty sure it works on Mojave but I don’t know how to revert my computer back to it.

It doesn't. I upgraded from El Capitan to Mojave today and it still doesn't work. I also deleted and reinstalled synapse to make sure. So it does not work on any Mac OS? What a piece of garbage.
What a bad experience so far with Razer and Mac.. I almost regret to have made this choice of getting again a Razer product. The mouse not detected issue should have been fixed far quicker and it shows ho much care is given. Also the problem is that hardware companies take far too long to know how to code properly. Also in my opinion, that fact that you cannot save the led and button configurations in the mouse itself and have to load the bloated application to apply at each reboot those changes is really bad. It might be seen nowadays as a required step to be able to collect constant data, but to the customer this is pushing me to look elsewhere next time. So is it worth? Time will tell.

I just bought a deathadder and I am getting the "please connect a razer enabled device". Im on EL CAPITAN. Can somebody please tell me what OS version this software works on?

When i contacted support earlier today they indicated that it was on their roadmap but could not give a estimated release. I am hoping they release something soon.
True, but word is around that they might start working on it. Razer support suggested that we send our feedback to them (developers) and express our concerns regarding this. Maybe this would help (I wrote to them, can not harm right 🙂

as i know RAZER did not official declare of development the Synapse 3 for MAC.
Well some optimism would be good no :smile_: It only depends on the willingness of Razer if they will release S3 for Mac. Even though S3 is in beta for Windows for such a long time it doesn't mean that they can't develop S3 for Mac as well. Other companies do support both (some also all 3) systems at the same time.

Are you serious? Synapse 3 for Catalina? Synapse 3 still status beta for Windows already 1 or 2 years. We will never get synapse 3 on the MAC OS. it's impossible
Indeed, Synapse 2 is not (yet) supported on Catalina. My mouse "works" the same way as yours.
And we are all waiting for Synapse 3 to be released for Catalina (no support for my keyboard on Catalina).

We have checked the video and the computers specifications as well. As of this writing, synapse 2 is not fully compatible with mac OS Catalina and you might experience some glitch just like the glitch you have right now. Our dedicated team are now focused on finding a solution or an update to make sure that the software will be fully compatible on the said mac Version. We will then update you accordingly.

I have already successfully registered the serial number of the mouse. And that also happens to be the place I was made aware of the "hopefully wonderful" piece of software that is synapse...

This is another problem. You have a fake mouse. try to registration serial number of mouse on the razer site.
