New problem with Synapse 2 for Mac

after all the problems today I have encountered a new problem with Synapse 2 for Mac - there is nothing in the app. I restarted the app, I force quit the app and all connected operations via Activity Monitor but in the app it is still the same. cannot change the settings, cannot change the Profiles in case they do not switch automatically ...

Razer, get your grip together or I want my money back, seriously!! this is going to far!

yes and no. if I restart the computer, then it starts to work normally again. but I cannot restart my computer every time Razer Synapse 2 breaks down ... and it breaks down a lot ...
I know I have gotten this too. Have you found a fix?
