I got my cynosa v2 and naga pro about 2 and a half years ago and they worked fine, up until the point, when synapse 3 just didn´t recognized them anymore. I´ve tried several things, but they wouldn´t fix the problem.

When I try to start the razer studio function in synapse, it tells me that it couldn´t find any devices which work with razer chroma. But a weird thin ist that the visualizer works fine displays the colors on my keyboard and mouse, that I want him to display.

Btw my devices aren´t conected via a USB-hub.

Does anyone have an idea, what the problem is and how I can fix it?
