is the error code I see in event viewer, synapse does eventually boot up with windows, but I am wondering if this is why I am having troubles with synapse not switching profiles on switching programs.

I get same Exception code/fault offset.

I have Razer Viper Ultimate + Mouse Dock and because of this crash I have to replug usb cable to mouse dock after login to Windows. Otherwise Synapse can’t find devices.

I think problem started after automatic Synapse or Windows 11 update around beginning of April. 

I noticed when the crash does happen, that auto switching of profiles when programs are opened doesn't happen.

I have to actually open synapse for it to start auto switching, and when it does start working the green text telling me which profile it switched to doesn't pop up.

 

 

Been going back and forth with support for a while now trying to figure this out.
