my motherboard (razer edition X570 Asrock Taichi) and the whole system, with the latest Synapse 3 update is no longer detected by the Chroma studio program. Everything was working perfectly before being updated. I also tried the beta version. But it's even worse

Windows Dynamic Lighting is enabled for some devices. If you still don’t have this feature supported, check if there’s new firmware available for it - because some devices got this function enabled via FW update.
Which devices? I can’t see any firmware updates for my devices. If not all devices are enabled, what’s the point of it? Then you can’t sync lighting effects and you’ll still need to use manufacturer software…
I’ve read that the new Synapse beta app would integrate with WDL but it doesn’t show up or seem to work with it.
Edit: If it’s this very limited list then none of my 5 Razer devices are supported, not even the brand new ones...
blackshark hyperspeed v2 is not working even though you show it as compatible here

Just downlaoded the Synpase beta and it was a TERRIBLE experience. I’ll start at the beginning:
So, I downloaded and installed the beta and logged into my account only to be greeted with my devices all just doing the default lighting as none of my Synapse 3 profiles had moved across to the beta app. Bad start, but it gets MUCH worse
The next thing i noticed was that the following devices weren’t showing in my devices list:
Kraken V3 Hypesenses
Hanbo 240mm AIO
120mm Kunai fans x6
ARGB controller
This was the 2nd annoying thing as that meant I now had no way to control the RGB on those devices
I thought it might be a bug so after a restart I was greeted with THIS resolution and my GPU not being detected!
No ability to open Nvidia control panel, HDR not working, no resolution options…..NOTHING
So, I opened Geforce experience and weirdly there was an update now avaialble for my 4080 (despite there being no update prior to installing the Synapse Beta). I press on “express installation” and the drivers just start installing, no download, just a straight install. So, the driver WAS THERE but for soem reason had been disabled. And the ONLY thing that changed on my PC was installing the Synapse Beta and Synpase 3 being automatically uninstalled during the process
Thanks, but no thanks Razer. Not touching that one with a barge pole again. Might brick my GPU next time!
Also, I didn’t like the fact that I had to have 3 PROGRAMS running to use the Synapse Beta (Synapse 2 for LEgacy devices, Synapse Beta and Synapse Chroma) WHY make the new Beta into 2 separate apps? That is a terrible idea!!

Your 'Synapse' pile of software automatically updated to a new version THAT DOESN'T SUPPORT MY KRAKEN V3 PRO, a $250 headset, so now it doesn’t detect any device at all...
This is the first time in 40 YEARS I see such kind of incompetence on display...
What kind of business and support are you running there?
Do you know what else is an incompetence? Writing a complaint about Synapse 3 in Synapse 4 section.
Who are you trying to gaslight here? The GUI is clearly from Synapse 3 and it does not update to Synapse 4 since it’s still in beta. Try harder next time.

Hii can you give priority and add BlackShark V2 Headset? its good priced and great headset and it deserve some priority, epically that all the newer blackshark v2 versions are calibrated and supported
