Why'd you drop synapse 3 for macOS
60 percent of your customers are mac users including me
if you do not make synapse 3 for mac soon they will all go
and you will be out of business
then Logitech will flex on you

Sounds like you're just trolling but Mac is most likely too small to worry about from a business point at at only 3.5%:smile_:

yeah, we don't want to be constantly bothered with that we ignore our Mac users. Please do it in one place.

And Mac gaming is crap indeed, but what about all the people that buy a razor because its just a good mouse to work with or that have a dual boot system.
Yes I don't need all your razor gaming bloadware, why does a driver need to be logged in to the web anyway, I just want the hardware I bought to work.
I like how he used deception mechanism to get more Mac support. Good job mate. Hats off, yeah!
Therefore all owners of Razer hardware which was purchased specifically for Mac should be entitled to financial reimbursement for hardware which cannot be used as designed due to Razer dumping Mac support for Synapse 3.

That's not how things work.😂 All old products keep working as intended just like when they were bought.. No company is ever going to keep updating their old stuff since it's a waste of resources.

Great info. However, there's most likely a greater deal of Mac users than the survey will have you believe. As all the Mac users that would dualboot would have run this in Steam on Windows.
Also, Mac / Apple users are typically higher spenders, which means that instead of rolling with a PS/2 mouse they will actually invest in high-end products and pay the dough.
Razer's obviously sleeping in class on this one. Pushing away and alienating their Mac segment. Look back 20 years and ask yourself, are more people using Macs and have gaming become better on Macs? It's a yes to both.
Obviously it's not gonna break their business if the only value you care about is $$ at the bottom line, but giving grab about their macOS users will hurt them and their image going forward. They've been stalling for ages on what would happen instead of just being clear from the beginning, keeping us all in the dark and hoping. It's not like they are building rockets or a new OS. Let's be honest, they are building a driver (and some management software). They easily have the means to get a driver working on macOS. You even see opensource projects coming to the rescue though for Mac they are still far.
So all in all the decision is *very* questionable, but there's nothing we can do about it except look for a good alternative mouse and try and get a descent price for the old one and then let people know what kind of company Razer is.
Why do you want it so much? My blackwidow elite is an amazing keyboard... unless I load Synapse 3 and then it is a buggy mess half the time. It would be a great bit of software if it didn't break my keyboard.
