Sign-ups for the official CES 2020 Appreciation event are now open - head on over to: https://ces.razer.com to pick up your Razer.com code, which will only be active and valid on January 21st when the event begins.

Please keep in mind that supplies may run out quickly during the event and not everyone may be able to get what they want. Thank you for understanding, we appreciate it.

To thank our fans for helping us bring home the Best of CES People’s Choice Award, and to celebrate the Razer Kishi controller for iOS/Android winning Best Gaming Product, we’ll be looking to run a 24-hour-only, CES Appreciation event with 50% off all Razer gaming peripherals & gear on Razer.com.

To ensure that as many interested fans can take part, we’ll be opening sign-ups on January 19th to redeem a code for the actual event that will run on January 21st (times will be indicated when sign-ups go live).

While we work to ensure a smooth experience, we expect inventory to move quickly and that not everyone may be able to get in on the event; for those that are unable to take part, you have our heartfelt thanks. GL HF.

Same here. Did you try clicking the store link from the email? The code works there. Although, in my case, it brought me to the APAC store (NZ, M'sia, Korea...etc) which is not where I live , so even though the code works, it's...... ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯

Still haven't received a code. I wouldn't be nearly as salty if Razer had just been upfront about the fact that the codes wouldn't be going out simultaneously. It's their sale and they have the right to prioritize some members over others or whatever reason for the codes going out at seemingly random times, but because they said they'd be sent out at the start of the sale I wasted over an hour anxiously refreshing my inbox and watching the things I was interested in go out of stock one by one. So not only did I get nothing from the sale, I lost a few hours of my day off as well.

This is going to leave a bad taste in my mouth for some time.

Likewise considering I bought the Razer Phone, junglecat, and hammerhead earphones last month it sure will leave a very bad taste in my mouth since I drop money down expecting I'd be taken care of whenever they have promotions. I have no problem tossing everything, and moving to a competitor as this point since they don't have audacity to publicly release a statement about this whole code fiasco.

Just got my shipping notification, and my order is shipping from hong kong! I'm in the UK and orders have always shipped from a European warehouse in the past, I hope I dont get customs on this, would negate savings right off the bat

A big shout out to HK's Razer. I made the order half a hour after the event started, and it said it will takes 7-10 workings to processing. Just tonight for around 12 hours, I received the delivery on the way message! That's the first time for that efficiency! However, it seems charged 3% on the total bill for the credit card service fee.....which surprise me that a multinational company sell a product in such high price and still not included the service fee. It wasn't have it when you purchased in Razer's store

Got my code ar 2:30AM last night and picked up a basilisk ultimate for €95 :big_grin_: was going to go for a black widow elite for €95 too but decided to hold off... buying a new PC in the next couple days so need the cash lol.

FYI: you need to manually enter the code for it to work
