Razer Blade 15 (mercury) RTX 2070 MAX Q BLACK SCREEN

Hello guys, recently I've been having issues with the flickering/random black screen problems. I've realized that it occurs when the laptop wakes up from sleep. People have been saying that setting the display to 60 Hz will fix it. Even though it is a temporary solution. It does not fix the general problem. Please someone...anyone gets this through razer customer service as I had to return my 2080maxq due to the same issue as back then I didn't know it was a software problem.

Try to update the igpu (intel) video drive using intel drivers update utility or uninstall it and use the original driver from Razer website for your model, internal screen is controlled by iGPU so that might be the culprit. However I just saw the issue being active in three different Blade forums, but if it’s known issue that’ll be great to track from this forum.
One question. Why is razer not stating this as an issue to the public as a majority of users have this? I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible

As I mentioned from notebook review blade 15 owner Lounge, Razer subreddit, and this insider forums, I just noticed the issue on this post, I might be missing it though.
i hope this gets resolved.
i have a blade pro 17 late 2019 with the 2070 max q and i also get occasional black screen. Waiting on support to confirm if i should update the Intel driver or not and see that resolves it. The black screen issue is only brief but windows event log does show the GPU stops responding. Which GPU I'm not sure. I have 3 monitors , the laptop , my wacom tablet (via HDMI) and a 1440 monitor from the thunderbolt port. Intel defo have an update though as i checked by downloading their driver utility from their website. I wasn't sure if i should since Intel say themselves if its a custom built pc you should check with your manufacturer in case they have custom settings. I dont know if Razer do for running the 2 Gpu's.
