Since December 2016 Razer Blade Stealth does not sell USA keyboard in Austria

I am making this thread just to express my anger, frustration, and disappointment with Razer.
I talked with customer support and they initially told me that when I purchase my Razer Blade Stealth 13 I will receive it (in Vienna, Austria) with a US-keyboard layout. Here is the screenshot of our chat US-layout-only.PNG
Then 2 days later(amazing delivery BTW) my laptop came from Hong Kong, and when I opened it it was with the wrong DE-layout keyboard. I requested a return and now I am waiting for my money. In the meantime, I was talking with maybe 5-6 other customer support agents (big chaos there with their sales support some promised me they will try to do all the best to give me a laptop with the right keyboard and so on) and at the end, they told me that "We would like to inform you that we cannot send out or change the keyboard layout of your device. Also, we would like to inform you that the keyboard layout will vary on what region/country you're located."

I am just amazed by how stubborn a company like Razer, which is claiming to be customer-oriented, is.
Since December 2016 people have been trying to buy laptops with US-keyboard layout in a non-US location and this is still not possible. You can see from this old thread https://insider.razer.com/
What innovation are we talking about? What customer-centric are we talking about? Since the most basic need of a customer is not met!

Sorry to hear that, but unfortunately if you buy from Razer store your region would be redirect to Germany store and all blade that is purchased from there and retailers like Amazon, mediamarkt would come with German layout, I think the system and delivery route are set so that explains fast shipment. There’s possibility buy US or Nordic layout from EU region if you can get access or your purchase can be done from EU store, I attached some screenshot that stated US and Nordic layout, if not it comes with default region layout. That’s from my personal experience, and I live with in Germany.
Not sure why support wrote that, you might better contact per phone there’s online (Hotline EU) support and support also German if you didn’t try yet, it’s also from my experience faster than email that is possible be handled by several supports.
