[Synapse] Bring back old sensitivty stages menu

I liked the "old" sensitivity stage configurator. For eg. I want to have 2 senstivity stages, so instead clicking off switch on each one I just choose "2" from dropdown list (on Synapse 3). So it takes 2 clicks for me, instead 3 :)
