synapse 3 stuck on broadcast page : camera settings dont match synapse settings Need Fix!!!!


My Razer Kiyo is stuck where synapse says that the settings between both do not match i have tried uninstalling drivers and synapse and reinstalling them with no fix if anyone else has had this issue and solved it please help im stuck

Same. No update from Razer at all on this. Quite frustrating. I want to return my product for a Logitech now....

yeh really sucks cuz i love the cam but i found a work around with just using obs settings in there and that works fine just hope it saves the settings

I am also having this problem. Tried uninstalling and deleting everything to do a clean install and that didn't work. Looks like OBS and discord can see and use it but synapse throws up that error and then crashes after a little bit when I try to adjust things there.

Hey, had this error 2 days ago. Now the error/stuck is gone but cant see preview or settings things up. It´s now a tab without porpose. Only workaround I found for that is that you need to go to device manager and update your driver manually to the standart windows driver. (USB-videodevice) With that standart driver everything works fine.
