I recently bought a "Razer Naga Trinity".mouse i have 4 Profiles -1 Windows -2 Photoshop -3 Blender -4 Games while Changing the profile mouse cursor froze for 30 seconds every time I have tried reinstalling the software software updated tried to with another pc still having problems Please Help

Mouse is connected directly into USB port, directly in the motherboard (preferred USB 3.0 or above)? When mouse is freezing do you hear any connect/disconnect Windows sound?

Check if the mouse performance-related concern happens while connecting it to another USB port or computer with or without Razer Synapse installed. Alternatively, you can disable or close the Razer Synapse if you don't have another computer. Let me know how it goes.

Check if the mouse performance-related concern happens while connecting it to another USB port or computer with or without Razer Synapse installed. Alternatively, you can disable or close the Razer Synapse if you don't have another computer. Let me know how it goes.
yes, I have tried with a Friend's PC also still have the same problem without Razer Synapse no lag but no profiles also. without the profiles and MACRO The mouse became useless Please help me
