payment failed!!


its almost a week and the staff who helped me expedited my ticket complaint...and to my dismay customer support just asked me to friggin elaborate on the screen shot of my transaction in it explains everything ie time stamp, price, vendor and last 5 digits of my card...it took 5 days for u guys to ask me that question that will pro long the wait time??!! omfg wth r u doing razer
