Progressive audio delay with the Ripsaw HD

I'm having this reoccurring issue with this capture device. It's my second one after replacing the first one at the suggestion from the reps at Razer. For some reason, the audio desyncs after ~ten mins. I have to deactivate and reactivate the capture device to resync game and audio, but the audio tends to desyncs after that 10 minute mark. I've tried looking up fixes on my own, but the info that comes up from the searches are over two years old. My specs are as follows:

• i5-8400 @ 2.80Ghz
• 2.81 GHz
• 8.00 Gbs RAM
• Windows 10 Home x64 bit

I don't know if this makes a difference, but I also have my consoles plugged into a channel selector that is then fed into the capture device that goes out to the TV. TIA
