Razer kraken te mic just stopped working

Hope you can help me with this one i was playing some r6 when my mic just cutted off, i was chating with my friends in vc and my mic just stopped working , i updated all the firmware restarted my pc several times but it no longer picks up anything i was on a live chat a few minutes ago but can nolonger connect, we got to the point where i had to restart my pc to uninstall my mic drivers, now its picking up blowing directly into the mic but its very minor
