Razer Synapse Not Recognizing My Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Keyboard

Razer Synapse Not Reconizing My Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Keyboard at all it did for the first couple days i got the keyboard but then one day it decided my keyboard is not a razer device i do not know why someone please help.
