Kiyo Settings Not Saving

I just bought a Kiyo and I am unable to save any of the advanced settings, specifically disabling the Low Light Compensation. With it on, my camera looks horrendous. I've tried every possible way to get the settings to save. I also saw a hundred previous threads with people with the same issue. Has a solution ever been found to this?

Hi there! When did the issue start? Have you tried replicating the issue while signed in as a guest user? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your Razer Synapse logs. Please refer to the steps on this link.

It happened right out of the box regardless of the profile. It seems to be a common issue. A simple google search will reveal all the people who have had this problem.
