Blackshark V2 X code invalid

Hello, this is the first time I'm posting here, since this headset is the first Razer product I've ever bought. I have plugged the headset and it works fine with standard audio, but when I try to install the SS7.1 using the code that was in the box (the one you scratch), it says it's invalid. No idea how that could be because I literally opened the box an hour ago. I got got a Razer ID and all, I have already registered the product at razerid.razer.com, I've downloaded and installed Synapse to no avail, code's still invalid. My keyboard is set to US English. Can anyone help?

    Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, together with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use it to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Also, include a photo of the scratched card and a screenshot of the error message. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
