Razer mice light stays on after pc shutdown

Hi my DEATHADDER chroma keeps the light on even when the pc shuts down. I've tried many of the suggestions on the internet like turn off fast windows startup, changed bios settings to disable usb when the pc is turned off tested power delivery only in S4+S5 states tried it on different usb ports and also disabled in device manager option to wake up pc with this device so I'm out of options.
