Viper Ultimate Cyberpunk Edition just stopped working wireless all of a sudden

Hi on Monday night my viper Ultimate was working as flawless as usual with no issues or signs of anything but before turning my pc off for the night my Synapse did an update, upon turning my pc back on the next day the cursor would not move or register any clicks in wireless mode but the mouse works fine without issues when wired, after hours of troubleshooting I got nowhere, I thought to myself that on the odd occasion the usb dongle got warm so I thought maybe it was just coincidental timing and that the dongle had died the day after a synapse update so I bought a replacement on Amazon but even with a new dongle there’s no sign of life in wireless mode, downgrading synapse or upgrading to the new synapse 4 beta also isn’t solving any issues, the most confusing part is that synapse recognizes the charge pad and the mouse when they are directly plugged in and when I use the mouse pairing software it recognizes the usb dongle and the wired in mouse and says pairing complete but still nothing works in wireless, its odd that this issue started not even 24 hours after the synapse updated but it could also just be a huge coincidence that the wireless adapter within the mouse itself could have died
