So I just installed Synape Beta but my device (Razer USB Audio) isn't supported. Should I unistall it, or just wait. I really was interested on giving feedback.

You’re in the same situation as most of us. If you can manage without it then give the Beta a try for a couple of weeks and then see how you feel. You can always go back to Synapse 3. All I would say is don’t expect a rapid development cycle - you could be waiting months before your device gets support. Ideally Razer would post roadmap, but this has been asked and ignored.

The problem is that my device isn't working as expected with the latest synapse 3 update. THX and eq stopped working

The device should still work, but you won’t be able to customize it via Synapse. As Patrick stated many of us are in the same boat - my Basilisk Pro v3 is supported, but the mouse dock pro it connects to is not, so I can’t edit its settings at this time. Nothing to do but wait.
