So, 7.1 Surround Sound itself is installed successfully, but questions may arise during the installation process, since the download percentage jumps from 19% to 48% and after that to 100%.
My suspicion fell on the driver and I decided to install it separately, namely along the path "C:\Program Files\Razer\Razer Surround Sound Setup\SophieLiteDriver.exe".
The suspicions were confirmed, the Windows Audio service stops, the installation itself does not reach the end and stops at the moment:
