Hi Razer Team! I think it would be great to add Kraken V4 support to the Razer Audio mobile app.Lately, I’ve often wanted to use my headset not only on PC but also outside, for example, while walking or traveling. However, since it’s not possible to adjust the sound, lighting, or other settings from the phone, it makes it less convenient and discourages me from using them outside my home.I believe adding Kraken V4 compatibility to Razer Audio would be a great improvement — it would make the experience much more flexible and enjoyable for many users, not just me.Thanks for considering this! 💚

With the help of the OG ChatGPT pro, I was able to fix the long running annoying as hell audio issue with Razer Blackshark v2 Pro 2023. I have spent nearly a year for this issue to be fixed.Update: I finally found a reproducible root cause and a working workaround for this issue.This is not simply a USB problem, an incorrect sample rate, defective headset hardware, or THX being “too demanding.” On my system, Synapse 4 was creating a broken Windows Audio Processing Object chain in which the THX APOs and Realtek APOs were attached simultaneously to the BlackShark V2 Pro render endpoint.Removing only the Realtek APO registrations from the Razer endpoint fixed the issue while keeping Windows Audio Enhancements, Synapse EQ, and THX enabled.My setup Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) USB 2.4 GHz dongle connected directly to the motherboard Windows 11 24H2 Razer Synapse 4 Windows Audio Enhancements enabled THX Spatial Audio enabled 16-bit, 48 kHz Symptoms Intermittent crackling/poppin

Hi,So I’m planning to buy the razer blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed. However, it doesn’t have a 3.5 mm jack like the pro version. So, I wonder if I use a 3.5mm - usb c cable, will it work? I just want to know if it will work on a guitar amp.Thanks!

The first one had frequent popping and audio distortion, so I returned it through Amazon. I decided to give it another chance because I really liked the headset, but unfortunately, I've run into another issue.After using my second headset for a while, the HyperSpeed wireless dongle stopped being detected. I've tried reinstalling Razer Synapse, but the dongle no longer reliably appears in either Synapse or Windows. Connecting the headset directly to my laptop via USB still works, so I'm wondering if the problem is specifically with the dongle.I've also noticed occasional crackling and distortion when using the wired connection, almost like old TV static. Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a very frustrating issue with my Razer Kraken V4 Pro and Razer Synapse 4, and I'm hoping someone from Razer or the community can help identify the cause.The problem:Every time I start Windows, my Kraken V4 Pro fails to automatically switch audio profiles when launching a game, despite all games being correctly linked in Synapse 4.For example, Battlefield 6 should activate my THX Spatial Audio profile, while Call of Duty should activate my dedicated stereo profile. Instead, the headset remains on the Default Desktop profile.Here's the strange part:Simply opening Synapse 4 → Linked Games and immediately closing it fixes everything!I don't need to select a game, change any settings, or re-link anything. I’m trying to replace my Blackshark v3 pro’s mic which I lost while traveling. I’ve messaged the support page but got an automated email response that opened with “Hi ____,” So I know it wasn’t a human. It told me to check the replacement parts page regularly, but when I looked up the part on google the search engine ai said I need to have a real person check the stock, that that specific part has never appeared on the replacement parts page. How do I reach a real person? 

After updating my Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed for Xbox to firmware version 1.5.0, the old system beep sounds (tones) were replaced with voice prompts for the microphone status. Unfortunately, I do not see any option to switch them back to standard beeps in Razer Synapse, and these new voice notifications are very inconvenient for me.Could you please provide a standalone firmware updater for the previous version (such as 1.4.2 or earlier) so I can downgrade my headset and get the classic beep sounds back?Thank you!

I lost the dongle while moving to a new apartment, is there any way to get a replacement?

I purchased a headset labeled as "new" two days ago from Komputronik, a well-known electronics retailer in Poland. I received the product yesterday. After fully charging the headset using the original cable provided in the box, I connected it via Bluetooth and via the included USB dongle. The headset paired successfully and plays audio without issues.However, none of the Razer applications – including the Razer Audio mobile app, Razer Synapse, the Barracuda Firmware Updater, or the Pairing Utility – detect the device at all. The same issue occurs both on my desktop PC and my laptop. I also tried plugging the dongle directly into the device, with no success.Additionally, in Windows Device Manager, the headset appears only as "USBAudio1.0", which seems generic and not Razer-specific.So far, I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: Reinstalled Razer Synapse. Uninstalled and updated the driver manually via Device Manager. Tried different USB ports on multiple devices. Tested

A couple of days ago I bough a Kraken V3 X headset, the box and even the Razer software says that are 7.1 compatible but no activation code was on the box so I registered the product as the web says to get the activation code send to my email but I haven’t received anything yet and I did that the same day that I bought them, is there another way to request the code?Sorry that I ask this again but my first question was closed because I forgot to add the “X” at the end of the name of the headset so I was told that those were no compatible and the question got close without giving me a chance to verify that.Thanks in advance!

I just bought this headset today and when plugged in the headset works fine but as soon as i try to pair with dongle i get nothing.  I was just going to return but i do like the quality of the headset so trying tech support first.

After 7.1 Surround Sound software, I am unable to launch it. I am getting this Specific error message. “Windows is searching for rzappengine.exe. To locate the file yourself, click Browse.”I am unable to find this particular file anywhere in my system. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the whole thing couple of time, but no resolution.Please Help!!!
