Sorry for the long title :DI just got the “Razer BlackShark V3” headset, and it was working fine on dongle. I didn’t test it on wire mode, but it was charging normally.However, after firmware update, the dongle stopped working (lightning doesn’t show at all), and I cannot connect the headset to it . It does register in windows settings though: I cannot do firmware update now, because I cannot pass the check for “Connect the headset to your PC using the usb type a to usb type c cable”, because it doesn’t register the headset for some reason.I cannot update either the firmware for “BlackShark V3” or “RazerAudioPairingUtility” - same thing happens.I think this is similar to this question, but additional problem is that the headset is not detected.I also tried different cable, but the result is the same.Also when I change modes with double clicking on the right button, sometimes it beeps twice. Hello Razer Support,I have a Razer Kraken V3 Pro (RZ04-03460).The battery percentage in Razer Synapse is incorrect and changes significantly after reconnecting/restarting the PC. For example, it showed 20%, then 50% after connecting the charger, and after restarting the PC it showed 80%.The headset firmware is 1.10.0 and I am using Razer Synapse 4.Could you please confirm whether this is a known battery reporting/firmware issue and provide the recommended fix?

Hi, i have a razer blackshark v3 pro but ive lost my dongle so its useless for me right now because im on ps5.. is there a way to connect it wirelessly without the dongle? or is there maybe a way to buy a new dongle?

I couldn’t find anything to help me i tried everything.-charging it to 100% to see if its the problem up-updating drivers-updating windows-cleaning the headphones and inputs etcand some otheri noticed the mic works on the jack and bluetooth for some reason and after playing with the setthings here is the fix!Go to setthings > System > Sound > Properties (of the mic) and disable audio enchantments! that’s it now it should work. It’s not razer’s fault tbh it’s more on microsoft and them enforcing some stupid setthings on us :/

Hello I am experiencing an audio issue with my BlackShark V2 Pro (original/older model) on Windows 11.The Windows Volume Mixer does not work correctly. When I change the volume using the Volume Mixer, the volume sometimes changes several seconds later, and sometimes does not change at all. Even when the volume has changed correctly, if I stop playback and start it again, the audio briefly plays at 100% volume before changing to the selected volume.The EQ and other audio settings in Razer Synapse work normally.However, I found that if I disable “Audio enhancements” under Windows Sound Properties, the Windows Volume Mixer works correctly. With the help of the OG ChatGPT pro, I was able to fix the long running annoying as hell audio issue with Razer Blackshark v2 Pro 2023. I have spent nearly a year for this issue to be fixed.Update: I finally found a reproducible root cause and a working workaround for this issue.This is not simply a USB problem, an incorrect sample rate, defective headset hardware, or THX being “too demanding.” On my system, Synapse 4 was creating a broken Windows Audio Processing Object chain in which the THX APOs and Realtek APOs were attached simultaneously to the BlackShark V2 Pro render endpoint.Removing only the Realtek APO registrations from the Razer endpoint fixed the issue while keeping Windows Audio Enhancements, Synapse EQ, and THX enabled.My setup Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) USB 2.4 GHz dongle connected directly to the motherboard Windows 11 24H2 Razer Synapse 4 Windows Audio Enhancements enabled THX Spatial Audio enabled 16-bit, 48 kHz Symptoms Intermittent crackling/poppin

Hi I bought the Blackshark V3 Pro PC edition, I was wondering if this is compatible with Xbox Series X via wired 3.5mm connection?Also is there a way of purchasing a dongle for Xbox so I can use this headset wirelessly?

just open the side up with the usb connection.. and volume control. disconnect the cable that goes from pcb board of volume control to the rest.. then turn up and down volume.. and make sure its all thew ay down when u plug the board back in. and then test.. should fix most as long as all your solder points are still in tact.. thought mine were screwed up but did this and they work again and it was so easy everyone could do it . a few screws and disconnect cable only do not need to take pcb boards out or move anything.

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the microphone on my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro. Compared to my other headsets, the microphone volume is extremely low. When testing it through the Windows microphone settings, speaking at a normal volume only reaches around 6–10%.The microphone sounds muffled and as if I’m talking through a filter, both in Windows and on Discord. The same muffled sound can also be heard in the Mic Preview in Razer Synapse, so the issue seems to be present consistently. I have also tried the beta version of Razer Synapse, but unfortunately that did not resolve the issue.My friend on Discord has also mentioned that my microphone volume is noticeably lower compared to other people he talks to, which confirms that the issue is not just limited to the Windows microphone test.I’m hoping someone can help me find a solution to this issue.

I just bought this headset today and when plugged in the headset works fine but as soon as i try to pair with dongle i get nothing.  I was just going to return but i do like the quality of the headset so trying tech support first.
