Hello Razer Team,I hope you're doing well.I recently purchased a brand-new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and was looking forward to experiencing the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Unfortunately, when I tried to register the product on the Razer website, I received this message:"This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support."The headset was purchased sealed and brand new, with all original packaging, accessories, and an untouched activation label on the back of the box. I also verified that the serial number engraved under the ear cushion perfectly matches the serial number on the box, which confirms the product is genuine and unused.I am fully ready to provide proof of purchase, product photos, serial number, and any other required information to assist with resolving this issue. Hi everyone,After updating Razer Synapse to version 4, all the settings for my Leviathan V2 soundbar have stopped working. The equalizer doesn’t respond at all. Switching to THX Spatial Audio is disabled inside Synapse. Along with the update, a separate THX Spatial Audio app was installed. This app requires a paid license, and only started a 15-day trial. The sound quality on the soundbar is now terrible compared to before. I never had to pay separately for THX Spatial Audio in Synapse 3, and everything worked fine.Can someone please advise: How can I roll back to Synapse 3? Or is there a way to get the EQ and all settings working again in Synapse 4 without paying extra? Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Hi! I have had my Ultimate Nari headset now for some time and the dongle suddenly stopped working completley. I have tried LITERALLY everything here that has been said about the dongle (Recovery + Paring tool, both not recognizing the dongle in the first place) and even tried it on another pc with synapse on it, nothing. The dongle also doesn´t show up in the Taskmanager so I think it is the common problem many people have with this dongle. Is there anything anyone could help me with? I would really appriciate it as i can’t really play anything with sound right now.
