My razer viper v3 pro just wont turn on, the led wont flash, or anything at all, whenever i plug it into my pc it doesn’t work either, ive had the mouse for a couple months with 0 issues, it didnt start until last night i updated windows and shut down my pc and i woke up this morning and now it just wont work at all, ive tried plugging it into a different pc with different chords including the usb-c chord that it came with and ive had no luck. Side note: I also had this problem with the viper v2 pro where the wireless dongle wont work so i have to use it wired which is why i decided to upgrade

Hello I have the Razer Blade 15 Base model laptop that I Bought a few years ago around either 2021 or 2022 and a few months ago I found out that my question mark key doesn’t work anymore, the key itself works though.I’m aBle to type in / But if I hit shift+/ it doesn’t work and the question mark doesn’t show up, and now just a few days ago three more keys have stopped working as well, it started with the caps lock key not working or lighting up anymore then it was the B and c key which are pretty important to use.I tired uninstalling the drivers at the device manager and letting it automatically reinstall it, it didn’t work though and then I tried looking for updates that also didn’t work either.
I bought a razer blackwidow lite keyboard over a year ago. The first month has gone quite well but then it began to present problems with keys repeating randomly, others that did not appear, etc... A very frustrating problem since I bought it for office use. Always in clean place and with great care when using. It has not been used for gaming and has only been used by me. I have tried everything I found in the Support, from testing other usb, other computers, hard reset, uninstalling and reinstalling SYNAPSE, etc., I did not find the solution. I saved it and bought one from the competitor for half the price. This one from the other brand, and after a year of use, has never given a single similar issue. Once again I have taken the blackwidow lite out of its box to connect it and see if there was any update that solves the problem that it comes with from the factory, but the fault remains the same or even worse. I'm writing this text and I can't type two words in a row without spamming k
So i have been trying for the past hour or 2 trying to make my mic work again and i have tried updating the drivers in case and went to the recording on windows and nothing that i have found is working and it was fine last night i was playing call of duty and talking to my friends but this morning i woke up turn on my pc and started discord and i enter a call with my friends and all that happened was they couldn’t hear me only what my youtube was playing which was music and it was clear they said. i stopped the music and decided to try and talk and no green icon popped up showing I’m talking and they couldn’t hear me so any suggestions?

This happened yesterday and until now. I have submitted a ticket and no response has been given yet. Urgently seeking help.
I have been searching for almost 3 hours for a way to open a new warranty request for my AIO. But the website does not have ANY method of opening a new ticket. You can view old tickets. You can view old orders. But ANY TIME you click ANY LINK that should direct you to support it loops you back to their shitty FAQ page with no way to get actual help. Their phone number isn’t even listed on the site, you have to look it up via google. After I figure this AIO issue out, I am done with Razer products forever. I have literally an ALL razer build, case, fans, every peripheral they offer, but if I cannot easily get support when shit breaks, the company can kick rocks.
I’ve just bought a wireless mouse Razer Basilisks X hyperspeed and Im having random freezing issues with the connection. Sometimes while I’m playing I cant move my pointer for one second or even more. I dont know if his is a common problem and how to solve it before contacting Razer Support. I did verify windows is updated, updated the firmware, downloaded the pairing utility and almost all things before contacting them. Thanks for your time.
