Hi Guys,So here is the situation. I use my Basilisk V3 Pro on my PC and on my laptop, both of them have Razer Synapse 3 installed. I created 3 different profiles, with modified keys, macros and such. However anytime if I use my other device Razer Synapse just keeps warning me that the cloud informations are different from my local one. There would be no issue with this at all. I just keep in mind that for example my most recent settings are done on PC, so cloud data is the PC one, so if I’m using my laptop and the window pops up I just chose the Cloud option and download the newest settings.However when I do this, sometimes Synapse don’t even downloads these profiles, in fact creating a totally random profile, named “Quickprofile” or something like that, which is gettint extremely annoying at this point. So the question is how can I resolve this? How can I use these profiles on both machines without the need to sync everytime? Why can’t Synapse just sync the cloud data correctly? Or wh

Hello everyone, I recently bought a Razer Mouse Dock Pro, paired it with a BASILISK V3 PRO 35K mouse, and a low battery notification appears every half hour. I tried to reinstall the drivers, the program, reconnected, nothing helped. The charge panel shows the charge is working properly

GOOD AFTERNOON, I WOULD LIKE HELP WITH A PROBLEM I HAVE WITH MY CROMA X.IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY BUT IT STOPPED WORKING AND NOW IT ONLY RECOGNIZES THE CROMA BUT THE GPU DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE DEVICE MANAGER.IT IS CONNECTED TO THUNDERBOLT 3 AND I HAVE ALREADY CHANGED THE CABLE FOR A NEW ONE BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. I TRIED IT ON ANOTHER LAPTOP AND IT DOES THE SAME THING.I ALSO CHANGED THE GPU FOR ANOTHER ONE AND IT STILL DOES THE SAME.
How many of us with intermittent working issues ? Has anybody resolved this or already received a replacement which doesn’t have this problem ? Thank you
So about a day ago my huntsman randomly well I was playing valorant and randomly my keyboard stopping inputting anything all the keys and all the leds turned green and when I open synapse the color changes but it still won’t input I’ve tried everything deleting the driver I tried putting it in demo mode
