Razer Blackshark V3 Pro Dongle broken after firmware update

I recently updated my headset and dongle to the latest firmware, 1.4.4. After that, the dongle no longer works. My headset can still connect to my computer over Bluetooth. I tried the pairing utility, that didn’t fix the issue.

Since the recent firmware update my keyboard will randomly stop working lights are on but no keys work . Unplugging and plugging back in brings it back for a few min then same thing . What is the fix ? I'm about to return this and just go with a diff
