Hi, I have a Naga Pro mouse (NOT the v2). I bought a replacement dongle and used the mouse pairing utlity (located here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4868?_ga=2.15037110.1292592264.1722038935-1378552134.1722038935&_gl=1*1fpdeli*_ga*MTM3ODU1MjEzNC4xNzIyMDM4OTM1*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTcyMjAzNzExMC4yLjEuMTcyMjAzODkzOS4yOS4wLjA.).The utility recognizes both and when I hit the PAIR button, it says everything is successful. But then when I switch the mouse to 2.4 mode, the cursor doesn't move, and Synapse doesn't recognize the mouse.I have the mouse connected by the original USB cable directly to the PC and not through a hub. The mouse works fine when connected to the laptop by cable and when connected via Bluetooth.The dongle model number is DGRFG7The mouse model number is RZ01-0342Any advice on this?
im not able to update my Razer Kraken V3 Pro not updating during firmware stage from dongle version 1.0.6.00 to 1.10.00 iv tried every usb port on my computer when un plugging and plugging it back in and it still refuses to update. the update button is greyed out as well. also the update fails after 2 mins upon plugging the dongle back in the usb port. how is their no ops to download this new dongle version when the update keeps failing or refusing to even update. this the second post iv seen and it being completely ignored and not fixed. i can not find any sulution on fixing this.

For whatever reason the wireless on my deathadder v3 has stopped working it works fine while connected directly to my pc but when i unplug it i cant use it wirelessly and the led on the mouse is flashing white any clues ?
I was using synapse to see if my headphones where charging, but after an update the program won’t detect the headphones anymore. I’ve tried to reinstall the device drivers but it still won’t connect.Both the headphones and Synapse are update the most recent versions PN: RZ04-0453
