This is a copy paste of a previous post by fastredbrownfun783 about a month ago. I recently purchased the Wolverine V3 Pro controller, and it worked fine for just over a month. However, today it stopped connecting to my Xbox Series X via the wireless dongle.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Checked the dongle – It’s fully plugged in. Tested the USB port – The port is working correctly with other devices. Reset method – Turned off the controller, unplugged the dongle, and reset the Xbox. Then plugged everything back in. No luck. Wired connection – Tried connecting the controller directly to the Xbox using the provided Razer cable. Still didn’t work. Firmware update – Plugged the controller into my PC, but Razer Synapse doesn’t recognize the device, so I’m unable to update the firmware. The controller does power on and the Xbox button lights up red, which matches the profile I set in the Razer Xbox app.At this point, I’m reaching out for assistance.Thanks in advance!
My Razer Viper V2 Pro's wireless dongle randomly stopped working and I don't know why. It was working fine one day then the next it no longer works, is there any way to get this item replaced? I even bought the hyper polling wireless dongle from Razer and now I can’t use either wireless features.
Sooo i recently i bought the Razer Black Shark v2 X , and the 7,1 surround audio feels off hollow mix with muffeld and echoing , idk why ,tell me how to fix it because it´s making gaming impossible for certain games like Valorant and CSGO

Sup folks! To make my story short... Last Friday I received my brand new Razer Barracuda and it's still unusable. I tried every fix that I could find but nothing helps. The headset shows up as USBAudio1.0 device so it's not recognized by Synapse and all the other stuff like Pairing Utility or Firmware Updater. Any of you have the same problem? If there is an solution to solve this please let me know!
since upgrading to synapse 4, it stopped saving some settings correctly eg. keyboard game modeheadset THX spatial mode
