Hello, I have noticed over the last few months that my laptop randomly restarts. It has happened when I paused a movie, or walked away from it for a few minutes. I’m pretty sure it has happened on battery or when plugged in. Looking at Event Viewer on Windows 11, I see this log in relation to the restart:The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. I cannot think of any reason any of this things apply. Any help appreciated. V
I have a razor 15 base model and when I go to put my laptop into gaming mode, I am unable to because synapse is telling me that the laptop is receiving inadequate power which is stunting my performance. I have no every changed charging adapters and my laptop came with a 180W adapter. I also checked my battery life and it is at 96 percent, and have noticed zero swelling. I was wondering what I can do to fix this inorder to get the maximum performance out of my laptop.
Hey comunity, I bought Keyboard BLACKWIDOW V3 TKL (yellow switch) (RZ03-03492300-R311), I can use normaly but can’t configure on Synapse. I test it on a personal computer and laptop, i got the same problem.Anyone have same problem or can be a factory problem.
When I type the backslash I get this é When I type a right bracket I get this ç When I look at the keyboard in Synapse it appears to be set to default and it shows the backslash when I use my mouse to select the key in the configuration. I have tried resetting and nothing seems to work. How do I get these keys back to normal (question mark produces this character é too.
Hi, new here, just started using razer products, I just bought a razer barracuda X headset, with wireless and bluetooth support. I'm using it for PC with the wireless dongle. All is well, but when I turn on my pc or restart windows and power up the headset, it just won't connect, tries the wireless and then the bluetooth pairing. The only thing I need to do is just unplug and replug the dongle; it's not that much of a deal, but is this supose to happen do I need a driver or software for fixing this? My windows version si 10 19045.2364 build. Does anyone have a solution for this, would be much appreciated! Thank you and have a good day!
I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.
Dear Support, For a few weeks my Razer BlackWidow V2 isn’t recognized as a suitable device for all the shi-shi and the pretty cool lightning stuff and all the settings you can set if you play a certain game etc. I did not change anything (as always) and already tryed anything → changing USB-Ports, Updating Frimware on the keyboard, repairing Synpase 3, Uninstallung and reinstalling it, trouble shooting via windows driver settings, etc. I’d love to see my Keyboard being recognized again by Synapse 3 and start glowing again. To be specific → There is not even a single key lighted. For a certain time the keyboard was “lighted”, however, Synpase 3 still wasn’t able to recognise the keyboard. Especially the game-specific effects do not work anymore. Thanks in advance! Best RegardsAndi
I have the same issue as others, using all current drivers, battery level is at 0 and keyboard does not function unless it is using the usb cable.I’m guessing a dead battery or internal charging components failure.Can the battery be replaced by a consumer? How do i get support on the keyboard
I have seen multiple posts on the forum, but no solution. Just today keyboard started dropping connection even while connected via USB. Keyboard shows in Synapse stuck at 0%, occasionally jumps to 1%, then disconnects. When reconnects, at 0% again. Never had issues before today. Won’t connect wirelessly as charge too low.Updated firmware, tried multiple cables and ports, always same issue.Anyone else seen this and found a solution?
so basically i have the blackshark v2 pro headset to use the thx i have to install the thx app but doing so makes my CPU hit 100% and have to restart pc i uninstalled and the problem when away but now i cant hear footsteps etc or any directional sound without it im on windows 11
So I got a new mobo for my pc an has more ports for rgb an am wanting to plug in the rgb that's on the case it's self but I lost the original three prong cable an the three to five prong cable that plugs into the little controller on the case. Can someone please help me out an tell me where I could find replacement cables for it? Also was those cables would even be called I've tried wording it every way I could possibly think of searching online an cannot seem to find them.
