Tartarus Pro went through warranty RMA process but was not completed.
I went through the long drawn out warranty process on Tartarus Pro. To speed things up I purchased another unit through Razer, once that was received, sent the RMA unit in. It has been over 1 month and I have not received money back or repaired unit. RMA ticket is shown as closed. I can’t seem to find a way to contact Support other than through this forum.

I borrowed my friend's Basilisk Ultimate to link my V3 mini keyboard before and find out Basilisk Ultimate was not in the supported list. Now I see that Basilisk Ultimate is already in the Hyperspeed Wireless (Multi-device) support list. I love this mouse so much! So I want to confirm before purchasing. Thank You.
Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Lighting serious bug
Hello all, I purchased the Basilisk v3 Pro and the dock separately like a month ago.All worked fine, since today.The mouse was charging on the dock, and only the center logo rgb was on. I let it be since I was not on my computer.When I turned on my computer again, the RGB lighting stuck with only the logo RGB working!I tried turning off and on my PC, my mouse, tried another PC with Synapse on it, tried BT, installed the latest firmware (126.96.36.199 if I remember) but STILL NO LIGHTING ON THE OTHER LEDs! I have not spent more than a thousand euros in Razer HW for Synapse to bug this way now!Help me fix that please!
Issue with syncing headset to synapse, driver error?
Synapse can not detect my device, I have already followed the support video of this and checked updates, reinstalled synapse & checked the USB port but can still not get it to connect.The headphones are working, but not with synapse.In my devices underneath Razer kraken kitty Edition it also states “driver error”.Does anyone know what the issue might be?
Need help with Claim Warranty Razer Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless
My keyboards has start to act up recently. whereby it light up (there is a faulty light on 2 keys) but the worse problem is the fact that it does not detect my key input. I tried filing a case but the chat did not allow me to upload my video. SO can someone help me on how solve this issue. I had do clean wipe of razer multiple time which help from time to time but it will recur again and again. SO I was wondering if this is a hardware issue. I also tried using a new usb cable for connection cuz i thought it was the cable issue but not still the same problem. It ruins the experience especially when you are in the middle of the game and the keyt just stop responding randomly. Plug and unplug did not solve it. SO i will just have to wait for 2-4 minutes praying the key will respond...
Razer Mouse Right button Not alway working
So I have had a Razer Naga, and a Razer Naga Epic.Both devices seem to have a Malfuntion with their right mouse button (Button 2). It does not always stay clicked down when pressed and will randomly release on it’s own. I bought the naga epic to replace the naga. I have done FULL uninstall/reinstall of all Razer software, Fully updated windows, and run the whole gambit of trouble shooting including moving to other USB ports and testing on another PC. It still acts up no matter which mouse I try.Updates don’t take when I try and update unless I do the Full Uninstall/reinstall each time btw.I also have a Tartarus that works fine, and a Cynosa Chroma Keyboard.Any reason why this is happening? Any fixes for it?
Razer Synapse no longer reads CPU/GPU temps for Hanbo AIO
I had this problem as of the last two updates to synapse where synapse no longer pulls CPU and GPU data such as Temps and Speeds. Because of this my Hanbo AIO and PWM fans no longer adjust to the fan curves I have set. They still read the fan and pump speeds as well as liquid temps, but nothing else. I have already contacted support but was unsuccessful in getting a good answer. I have completely wiped and done a complete clean install of razer and all peripheral software, but that too has yielded no results. problem with the code for surround 7.1
Hello i have a problem i wasn’t any code inside the box of my BLACKSHARK V2 X so i need help with it, when i put the serial code in the part of new activation code it apears a warning “item registered to user already” whan i registered first time it didn’t sent any code to the email. what should i do now?
7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code Online Service problem
There was no scratch card with an activation code in the box with Razer BlackShark V2X, so I used the "Online service with a surround sound activation code 7.1". Next, I need to register a product with a serial number, etc. But since I have already registered the headphones, a warning appears: "The item is already registered for the user." At the first registration, no activation code was sent to the email. I have photos with the serial number on the box and on the headphones and a receipt. What should I do?
Synapse 3 not detecting mouse and keyboard but detects mousepad.
Hello! I recently reinstalled windows completely and now my keyboard and mouse are not detected by razer synapse after downloading it but my mousepad is. Before reinstalling it worked completely fine so I thought it might be windows and tried reinstalling again but same issue. I also tried reinstalling synapse 3 but same thing persists. I have a Deathadder V2, Ornata Chroma and Goliathus Extended Chroma. I tried them on my brother’s laptop and they were detected there. How can I fix this issue on my PC?!!!FIXED!!!
