Razer Cortex Delayed Black Screen
I’ve seen this issue throughout the forums with different releases, but this is my specific black screen issue. The app opens like this, with a black frame that extends to my entire monitor, and when I click on the app, it turns fully black. I love Cortex, but I will be uninstalling until there is a fix. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice. I am on Windows 11. Sure would love for this to work!

Razer Synapse causing my PC to crash when a game opens.
I have two Razer products - Razer Huntsman Keyboard, Razer Blackshark V2. So, I need Razer Synapse installed for the product drivers that comes with it.Everything works as usual, but when I open a game, withing a couple of minutes my PC crashes. First, the signal stops going to the monitor, then every application stops responding and then it stays like that.After restart, I open the game again but this time, I keep on playing and nothing happens.The way I deduced that, Synapse was causing this was by uninstalling it. After the removal of Synapse, I tried opening and playing different games for 3 days and my PC did not crash once.How do I fix this issue?OS: Windows 11
Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed 2.4GHz dongle does not working
Hello, I have problems with 2.4GHz dongle, it does not see the mouse and the pair is not making. The mouse is NOT visible also in Razer Synapse 3 when is set to 2.4GHz, only when is set on Bluetooth.The mouse is working on Bluetooth mode (but is a bit slowly).I mention that I updated the drivers, restarted the laptop, updated Windows, reinstalled Razer Synapse 3 and the problem persists, the mouse is working only on Bluetooth mode, with 2.4GHz the mouse is not visible and is not connecting to the dongle.
Razer Blade 14 2022 - NVidia GPU and HDMI out stopped working
I’m on a Razer Blade 14 that had to be serviced last year because it refused to start. After I got it back from servicing, I was only using the laptop for work, and not gaming, linked to a Prism+ monitor. Played Diablo IV yesterday and today the HDMI out stopped working. I looked at the Device Manager and the NVidia card had a message that it was blocked by Windows because of an error. Tried starting the NVidia Control Panel but it completely did not start so I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled as instructed by most articles online. Also updated the AMD and Intel drivers. After all that, Device Manager still does not detect the NVidia GPU and the NVidia Control Panel still doesn’t start: Does this mean that something has happened to the GPU? Diablo IV ran hot but I had the laptop on a cooling stand… Any help would be really appreciated as the laptop is out of warranty. Update 24th April Synapse 3.0 NUKED the Barracuda Pro
The options for THX, movie, music or game modes, and individual apps are not possible anymore! got removed in synapse 3.0 from the Barracuda Pro after this new update even, but the Nari Ultimate still works. But this update nuked the Barracuda Pro. This is «unaceptable please effing fix this. I bouyght this for the ANC but i will refund fast if no fix. Roll back is not even an option because you need conection and no matter the synapse version you install it always updates to the current one.

Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) static while streaming on discord
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my new Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 model. I purchased and received it less than a week ago, made sure to apply all updates to both the headset and attached USB dongle, and am experiencing the following issue: Whenever I am streaming (game/show/movie/anything) in Discord, whoever is viewing the stream hears a buzz in the background. I quickly plugged in my old headset (non Razer, wired headset+mic) and the stream is no longer buzzing. My Windows is fully updated, the Razer headset is set as my default mic in windows, etc. I can’t think of any reason as to why the headset would be affecting stream audio. I have even tried muting my mic during stream. Also, the static/buzzing sound does not happen during regular voice calls in discord. I’ve also tested several other calling apps (teams, regular phone calls, etc) and have no audio issues. I have not tried streaming video on any other platform as I don’t really have another platform to test on. I’m not sure
Razer 15 Base model some keys not working
Hello,I have Razer laptop Blade 15 base 2021 model RZ09-03519. Various keys stopped working. Uninstalling the Windows 10 keyboard drivers and reinstalling didn't work. I replaced the keyboard/palmrest assembly and all keys worked but keyboard illumination didn't. 2 days later illumination works but now 4 other keys aren't working. It's obviously a software issue ( no viruses found using Norton scan). Device Manager shows 2 identical HID keyboards even though no external keyboard is connected. Looks like the previous keyboard wasn't faulty at all. Windows is updated and Synapse says this ensures Razer drivers are up to date. Keyboard settings in Windows are correct and Win keyboard troubleshooting finds no errors. I find Synapse 3 about as easy to use as a Chinese instruction manual. I would be very grateful for some advice on how to fix the problem. An external USB keyboard and MS virtual keyboard both work correctly.

Razer Kishi V2 not detected
I’m kind of perplexed about what to do next. My situation is as follows :My fiancee and I have the same phone (LG Velvet 5G) on Android 13. My Razer Kishi V2 would work on hers but won’t on mine. It had before I factory reset it.• Observation: when connecting on my fiancee’s phone. The text would appear on the bottom of the screen and says “Keyboard has been connected”. This would not appear on mine.• I’ve looked at my usb connector for anything that would obstruct or for any damage. Nothing.• I’ve looked at some forums saying that I should enable certain developer options. USB debugging, for example. As it has no relation to the problem at hand.• I thought maybe it was an issue with my phone's compatibility with the USB OTG. From what I understand, this option is present in pretty much all newer phones.• I thought maybe I should update the firmware of the Kishi (I mean since everything fails so far). Basilisk V3 Pro dongle not working
The only way my mouse working is if it is plugged in to USB. Firmware and all that is up to date. I have tried to use on 2 different PC’s with the same issue.I have been trying get ahold of anyone with Razer support but it is impossible to submit any kind of request/ticket, no way to live chat and no phone number that I can find. This is very frustrating.
Viper Ultimate not working wirreless
I have a Viper Ultimate and it has stopped working wirelessly. it functions perfectly when plugged in, but the dongle doesn’t do anythingI tried the firmware installer and the pairing assistant but neither even finish their process. if anyone knows what the issue is or what possible fixes could be please let me know

Turn on Basilisk v3 Pro to 2.4 Connect Mouse Dock Pro to Mac via USB-A to USB-C adapterMac does not see the mouse. Same mouse works fine if I use the included 2.4 dongle and same USB adapter. Has anyone else experienced this?
