I’ve been trying to find a way to contact Razor for a replacement Dongle. My friend gave me his old Nari Ultimate since he didn’t use it much, but He doesn’t remember there being a USB. But the box has the dongle model number and says it is pc compatible with USB. Is there any way I can get a replacement? I know it’s an older pair, but it works for me. I just cannot change any of the settings/ use it on my PC.
Hi guys, so as it turns out I did a pretty dumb thing with my mouse, and I just wanted to know if there is any hope left for me.So as for almost every razer deathadder elite mouse these have “jumpy” scroll wheels or whatever, the scroll click is not always working, same with the up and down scrolling.So I decided to spray some brake cleaner into it to get any dirt out from it, because once I took it apart and cleaned it and it was good for quite some time. But when I did that my sensor “stopped working”. It basically drifts to the left and doesn’t react to anything.(so if I drag the cursor back to the middle with another mouse and then connect this one it will go to the top left corner and stay there) Maybe I was able to make it jump back a little bit but after a lot of tries and it drifted right back into its place and doesn’t move. I dried it out, but it doesn’t seem to help much, or it needs more time, but at the same time I am pretty sure its toasted. The only reason I am writing t
I have been on hold and hung up on more times than I can count. I bought the signature edition, all of my information was correct on the confirmation they sent me, the mouse said delivered but never arrived. No support line has picked up for me so what do I do about getting my mouse.
Been using this headset for like 12 days.... working smoothly, but a few hours ago, the headset started beeping randomly. First it was like at every 2 mins. but then after a while it beeped randomly. now some beeps were triggered when I went a bit far away from the usb dongle but most of it happened when I was sitting right in front of it. Also, there was random audio stuttering when listening to spotify or youtube. First of all my headset never beeped earlier when I went just a few steps away (the kitchen or bathroom) but it just started this evening. So this is how I tried to resolve this issue... > tried restarting the pc > removed all cables and wires nearby, and remove unnecessary usb devices > tried updating firmware, but it was up to date > tried re pairing the headset with the dongle using razor pairing tool > tried uninstalling and reinstalling the headset driver > tried inserting the dongle in another usb port
I have a lightly used Razer Basilisk V3 which I’ve been using for less than a year, and have never had a problem with until today. I’ve tested it on 3 different windows computers, and all of them will have the mouse continuously connect and disconnect, making the mouse unusable. Sometimes when being plugged in, the device will flash red, and make the clicking sound it makes when turning the tactile scroll on and off. Only uninstalling Razer Synapse (should’ve gotten rid of that malware a long time ago) helped the mouse connect, and only briefly. Uninstalling the drivers got the mouse to function, and I updated the firmware on the mouse. The only thing wrong with it after that was trying to use the smart scroll, when the tactile scroll switch would trigger the mouse would power off and on again, and the tactility of the scroll wheel was noticeably softer. I upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10 yesterday and my audio just stopped working. When I try to play a test sound via Windows’ tools, it just tells me that there was an error and that it’s unable to play the sound. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
I have gone through the equalizer settings (chose broadcast with and without custom adjustments as well as enabling/disabling mic monitor/mic boost/and xbox mic settings) and still have a microphone that picks up conversation through closed doors. It picks up my phone vibrating from the room over. Great headset, but this microphone is abismal. I see in previous threads, there was no resolution, has anyone found a fix? Thank you in advance!
Why on earth do all the recent and modern Razer products have drivers & firmware updates on this support page but not the Deathadder V3 (non-Pro) and the Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless (non-Analogue)? https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166/~/software-and-firmware-updates-for-razer-peripherals Looking at Razer Synapse, my Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless firmware version is 220.127.116.11 while my Deathadder V3 firmware version is 18.104.22.168. When I turn on my computer (win 10) and then my Barracuda X 2022 most of the time it won’t pair to the dongle. I need to turn them off and on again, and unplug and plug the dongle and only then it ussually pairs. It’s not only tedious but I’m probably wearing out the dongle faster than it should.I tried reinstalling the drivers and the 7.1 surround app and it keeps happening. I tried with the synapse app, but it doesn’t seem to work with this model.
i tried to uninstall synapse, i reinstalled a new windows 10 but nothing works.so to reduce sound normalization sound i have to turn on normalization than reduced it to 10 % but its terrible because i can hear high wind sound in my game, and i can't focus with enemies ……please fix this problem asap and i noticed when i turn on my pc the right ear is 50% and the left on is 100% and i have to balance it every boot up.i have the latest firmware. sorry for my bad English
How to pair Mamba 5G with a docker purchased later on. The original Mamba 5G docker was lost, then I bought another docker. However, I don’t know how to pair the docker with my Mamba 5G mouse. Will there be anyone know how to accomplish this? Thank you!
Headset wont connect except for very small amounts of time when it will pop up and then immediately disconnect again have tried distancing it from USB 3 devices and cables as well as the dongle recovery tool and still no luck is there anything I can do about this??
I want to update this forum by stating that on 7/26/2023 at aproximately 11:00 a.m., I turned my computer on for the first time of the day (I usually restart/shutdown about 5-8 times per day, I’d know because I grew up on Windows 95). I noticed that my mouse was non-responsive. It did not light up, nor register a cursor icon when fully booted into the Windows 11 Pro UI desktop environment. I seemed as though it wasn’t even receiving power via the USB 2.0 port (the I/O of a ASUS ROG Strix B660-A Gaming WiFi D4 motherboard)...And, Yes, my USB ports are all doing just dandy. Though I do ponder now, if Razer devices & software can damage your USB ports?So I restarted the computer via using the keyboard navigation/shortcuts. Once the computer restarted, the mouse lights were on, but the mouse did not function and there was still no cursor to be visible on-screen.I shutdown the computer. I unplugged the mouse. Turned the computer back on. Waited until Windows 11 Pro had fully booted into
