After updating synapse, there are problems with enabling thx spatial audio. When I click on thx spatial audio or stereo, the sound does not change.
I have a razor 15 base model and when I go to put my laptop into gaming mode, I am unable to because synapse is telling me that the laptop is receiving inadequate power which is stunting my performance. I have no every changed charging adapters and my laptop came with a 180W adapter. I also checked my battery life and it is at 96 percent, and have noticed zero swelling. I was wondering what I can do to fix this inorder to get the maximum performance out of my laptop.
All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.
My razer devices disconnect and reconnect out of nowhere. When it starts this cycle of disconnects and reconnects, it usually happens for several minutes straight. This is not a USB or motherboard problem. It happens to my razer keyboard and mouse at the same time. My Chroma lighting on my keyboard will revert to default color design when it disconnects, and then back to my preferred chroma settings when it reconnects. It disconnects and reconnects every couple of seconds until I reboot. Even if I plug my keyboard and mouse into different pots, the problem persists. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into USB ports that I know don't have a problem, because I have other devices plugged into them that stay connected all the time. However, the problem persists no matter which USB ports I use. My mouse experiences the exact same problem at the same time, which makes it nearly impossible to use, because when it disconnects, I obviously have no input. It reconnects for a second or 2
I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.
Just yesterday, my headset was working fine including spatial audio. However for some reason today spatial audio isn't even being seen as an audio output option. In Synapse, I can toggle the spatial audio setting on and off, but it does not work. On top of this, the light indicator on my headset next to the button that toggles spatial audio no longer lights up. I cant find any reason why it would have stopped working so suddenly. There used to be an audio output option called “THX Spatial (Synapse)”.
Having the same issue as many others here - Razer Nari Ultimate worked fine for a long time now all of a sudden is rapidly disconnecting/reconnecting on PC/PS5 - causing playback issues and of course forcing me to use 3.5mm jack - reached out on twitter troubleshooted everything from the recovery tool to having my case escalated to “advanced support” but its been 5 days without replyUSB ports work for anything else just the headset keeps cutting out and its infuriating - please assist as this is my third locale for support
I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk v3 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro. I'm having issues with the dock when booting into Windows the dock stops working my mouse is not detected even if I turn off the mouse and on again. The only way I can make the dock work is to unplug the dock and plug it back in. I have to do this every time I boot my PC. I also get the issue when my PC goes to sleep. When waking the PC I get the same problem. I have updated the firmware of the mouse and dock. But, this has no effect. I have also repaired Synapse and have done a clean install. Does anyone else have this issue on Windows 11?
Hi there. I’m the owner of (so far) two Huntsman V2 Analogs. I fell for the marketing gimmick of the variable actuators, but that aside, I love them to bits. I use one, and my boyfriend uses another. My keyboard will, at seemingly random, repeat the last dozen keys or so that have been pressed in the last minute. The result is an infuriating situation where the keyboard will repeat windows key presses, enter keystrokes, alt-tab inputs (which makes games more interesting), grenade key (g) inputs (which makes games slightly more interesting), fire-mode selector (x) inputs (which makes games significantly more interesting), and spewing the last few seconds of conscious thoughts I’ve just typed a second time in an instant, trashing whatever sentence I’m trying to formulate. If that happens while I’m typing this, I’ll leave it in as an example.So it registers as actual inputs, so I immediately suspected hardware, or some kind of conflict. I have a BlackShark V2 SE that has been great up until Synapse updated today. After the update, the audio is noticeably quieter even with the same EQ settings. Additionally, trying to change the volume of Windows apps using Windows’ own audio mixer or a third-party mixer like EarTrumpet doesn’t work. I can move the slider up and down but the volume doesn’t change, except when it gets to zero, then it gets muted. I have Discord set up to attenuate sound when I or someone else speaks, which also doesn’t work as it relies on setting app volumes to do that.The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by disabling Audio Enhancements in Windows settings for the headset. With it disabled, I can once again control app volume and Discord’s attenuation feature works. However, I don’t get the benefits of any of the Synapse EQ settings or other features.I have tried the following:uninstalling Synapse uninstalling the device from Device Manager installing all Windows Updates updating all audio
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my new Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 model. I purchased and received it less than a week ago, made sure to apply all updates to both the headset and attached USB dongle, and am experiencing the following issue: Whenever I am streaming (game/show/movie/anything) in Discord, whoever is viewing the stream hears a buzz in the background. I quickly plugged in my old headset (non Razer, wired headset+mic) and the stream is no longer buzzing. My Windows is fully updated, the Razer headset is set as my default mic in windows, etc. I can’t think of any reason as to why the headset would be affecting stream audio. I have even tried muting my mic during stream. Also, the static/buzzing sound does not happen during regular voice calls in discord. I’ve also tested several other calling apps (teams, regular phone calls, etc) and have no audio issues. I have not tried streaming video on any other platform as I don’t really have another platform to test on. I’m not sure
Hello,Recently some keys (random) are double typing, which is very frustrating.I already did a firmware update, reset my keyboard to the default settings, check Windows keyboard settings, cleaned the keyboard.Nothing seems to work.Is there any solution to fix this? Thank you in advance.
My leviathan v2 speakers have been working great for a while now and all of the sudden, stopped working, they turn on and the source light is green, but my pc no longer detects the speakers whatsoever. i also cannot change them to bluetooth to connect my phone to them. i just cannot get anything out of them. i have tried updating the firmware but in order to do this, the device needs to be in bluetooth mode so i cannot update, i have tried reinstalling synapse and restarting my pc but still no luck. i left it a couple of days and suddenly the source light was solid red and pressing the buttons or holding them did nothing, i switched it off at the wall and then back on and im back to them being able to turn on and off but still cannot get them in bluetooth mode or cannot get my pc to recognise them.
Hi, new here, just started using razer products, I just bought a razer barracuda X headset, with wireless and bluetooth support. I'm using it for PC with the wireless dongle. All is well, but when I turn on my pc or restart windows and power up the headset, it just won't connect, tries the wireless and then the bluetooth pairing. The only thing I need to do is just unplug and replug the dongle; it's not that much of a deal, but is this supose to happen do I need a driver or software for fixing this? My windows version si 10 19045.2364 build. Does anyone have a solution for this, would be much appreciated! Thank you and have a good day!
I’ve had my razor kitty headset since Christmas 2021 and they’ve recently started disconnecting a lot with a popping noise. I’m not sure if it’s a razer synapse issue because it’s everytime I move my laptop slightly it disconnects like there’s an issue with the usb/wire that’s broken ?? Is there a way I can fix this if it’s a wire issue ? Kinda upset they’re not even that old and they’re already showing signs of wear and tear :(

Razer new update 3.8.531.52615 made the Razer Blade 15 has an error where the system is not receiving adequate power to enable high performance mode even though the laptop still works fine.Gpu still kick in when gaming and the laptop still receving power, charging fine (using orignal power supple) so right now it just a false error that lock you out of choosing performance mode for no reason.I also reinstalled window and when it first boot up, razer synapse was working fine, no error. But after it is updated, the error came back
I’ve bought Razer Barracuda this January and recently about two days ago, the light indicator is not blinking/turned on while charging. The light indicator works fine when i turning on/off the headphone, pairing bluetooth, switch mode etc. And i thought it’s firmware issue, so i checked for updates. But then, when i tried to update it to 1.5.0-1.02.00 versin, the updater gave me this error (attached) and my razer suddenly disconnected. Tried to reconnect and update again but still the same. Anyone have experienced this? Thanks in advance!
