Razer Kraken Ultimate - THX Spatial audio no longer working

Same with my Kraken tournament edition. it shows my USB audio controller in synapse but it deleted my THX driver and my green light doesnt come on for THX. None of the software works for either. i had to get the THX software 15 day trial to get the driver back and so far that’s worked but im not paying $20 for something my device comes with.

Same problem since the driver update, the thx does not work and neither does the LED.

It’s because of their newest update and it messed everything up.

I have the same problem ! I hope they fix it soon not paying for something that i already have and i hope we get an update featuring the thx razer synapse driver back not the paid version and let us select it as a audio output again

I also have Kraken Tournament and the thx LED on the controller does not work but the buttons do respond when you touch them, the problem comes from the last update of sypnase and installing a previous one does not fix the problem since if you do not update your audio device it will no longer appears and if you update you have this problem... the only way is to install that app that someone mentioned called thx spatial audio that has a 15-day trial and then is paid... with that your thx will appear again in the sounds but the moment you uninstall it it disappears again, in addition to the fact that with the app the green LED on the controller does not appear either... the app is quite complete, in fact it retains the configuration of a point in the middle and speakers around it to regulate more The sound of the helicopter is not like this latest sypnase update, what they have done is put an equalizer and a video that I better not comment on xD

Same here… Before seeing this thread i also uninstalled and reinstalled and removed THX Audio. I hope it will be fixed soon! Cuz they say that my product is now not elegible for the Key to receive spatial audio, and that makes zero sense...

Since the first day of the update there is already a thread on reddit / razer and no one from support has responded for 3 days without knowing or having any update... but then they sell their products at super high prices you can't sell everything at prices high and then have such poor support

Just yesterday, my headset was working fine including spatial audio. However for some reason today spatial audio isn't even being seen as an audio output option. In Synapse, I can toggle the spatial audio setting on and off, but it does not work. On top of this, the light indicator on my headset next to the button that toggles spatial audio no longer lights up. I cant find any reason why it would have stopped working so suddenly. There used to be an audio output option called “THX Spatial (Synapse)”.
