If you have any trouble with your Razer Gold code / voucher / scratch card - the only official way to contact Razer Gold Support is through GOLD.razer.com website only: http://gold.razer.com/ticket-inbox/submit
Be aware, that some people are trying to scam - impersonating official Razer Gold Support.
Razer never uses any e-mail ending with @gmail.com, @outlook.com and so on. Also phone support is NOT AVAILABLE - if someone post a phone number “to Razer Gold Support” - please DO NOT use it.
The ONLY WAY to contact is through Razer Gold website → Help → Submit ticket.
