So I have this Viper V3 Pro Faker Edition with a creaking problem on the left mouse button and claimed the limited warranty.Unfortunately, in their investigation it was deemed "cosmetic in nature," "considered within normal wear and tear expectations," and that it "does not indicate a hardware defect"; thus, cosmetic irregularities are not covered under warranty since they "do not affect the intended functionality of the device."Fair but absurd.I told them that I only used the mouse for three months and ten days, staggered, because I have two more Viper V3 Pro mice (black and green), and even though it was not affecting the performance of the mouse, it affects the satisfaction and comfort of the user. Sadly, it was not reconsidered.After a day or two, I reached out to Razer Support again to reconsider my case. I told them my concern and the issue of my case, and to my surprise, the internal team reconsidered and replaced the mouse.Kudos to

Today, I just want to take a moment to publicly thank someone who truly helped me during a difficult situation — Razer.Sushi.Boi.As someone living in Vietnam who purchased a rare Razer mouse model from Japan through a proxy shipping service, my warranty case became extremely complicated. There were language barriers, missing invoice issues, reseller limitations, and many stressful moments during the process.But through all of that, Razer.Sushi.Boi continued responding patiently, respectfully, and professionally. Instead of ignoring my situation, they actually listened and tried to help me find solutions step by step.In customer support, small actions and simple kindness can mean a lot to people. After continuous usage, I began experiencing issues with the scroll wheel. I petitioned aid on Twitter but never got a response so, a while later I sent a message to the Razer team on Facebook. They responded within just a few hours (on a late sunday/early monday morning at that.) They were prompt and clear and gave me many avenues of trouble shooting to help me get my Kraken v3 pro wireless back to working order despite it’s warranty expiring a year or so ago. While they were able to help resolve some problems, like my crackling audio wheel, it seems that there are just hardware issues that cant be fixed on my end, which is no fault to them, they really did try. I hope the team can process a replacement but I understand that it might not happen. But either way, people can say bad things about Razer but from the products to support, they are quality in my book!

I actually reached out to him directly because I saw he had helped another user with a similar issue I had. He went through the steps of troubleshooting with me and once we realized the problem wasn’t resolved he got all my information and helped me with my claim request. Honestly he went above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate his promptness as well as his patience as I was having a difficult time with getting him access to the invoices.
