Amazing experience with technical support via Facebook.

The support service via Facebook is outstanding. I would appreciate it if there were a quicker way to access it directly through your website. Thanks to the technical support team on Facebook, I was able to get assistance with my inquiry. I am now awaiting the response to the case they helped me submit.

Responsive support gives quality product

Was having issue with my Seiren V3 Pro when installing with both Synapse 3 and 4 because of its driver, frustrated, until the support team on Reddit reached out (aka RazerCustAdvocacy) and help me and solved everything throughout the process of troubleshooting and explaining What I like is how the support cycle through various support members and still follow the topic..unlike a company I bought the mouse from and ghosted me after a few hours Overall, excellent support, I can stream with this awesome mic now

I'm sure that I was annoying to work with, of course Razer.Speedcr0ss wouldn't say something like that to me, I'm sure. Lol They spent more than my fair share worth of time helping me. Always very polite and attentive, while understanding and knowledgeable. In the end, the issue was not resolved, per se, as the issue was not with anything Razer had done, and had more to do with me not being able to remember what email I used many years ago. Not much anyone doing support can do with their hands bound liked that. However, that didn't stop Razer.Speedcr0ss, from doing, just this side of everything they could. That brings me here, because I feel the time given to me is worth more than a simple “thank you”. So a bit of my time given up to say that I am grateful to them and their time spent trying to assist me. I appreciate you, and your experience/time, Razer.Speedcr0ss. Absolutely the best service

I want to give a massive shout out to the rockstar Christine B. I was having some technical issues with the new Synapse 4 and the Wolverine v3 pro and with the great resources available from Razer and Christine’s expert advice we were able to get all my issues resolved within hours. I am blown away by this level of service. I will purchase my next Razer product with excitement, pride, and confidence after this amazing experience. Thank you Christine and team for all your attention to detail and hard work!

Just wanna give a huge shoutout to RazerCustAdvocacy on Reddit. They spent the whole evening helping me with my warranty claim. It was so much better than dealing with my country’s razer customer support who won’t even pick their calls or reply to emails.

Razer Support: Warranty Success!!

Woke up on 04/05 to my Razer Blade 16 (2024) showing a serious issue. Spent the whole day trying to fix it-mainly updating drivers, but nothing worked. I was able to get into safe mode and back up all my files to an external hard drive, so l initially thought it was a driver problem. Contacted Razer the same day and got an RMA with a shipping label. Shipped it out on 04/06. It arrived at their repair center on 04/08. Got confirmation it was repaired and shipped back on 04/10. Delivered on 04/11. Kudos to the Razer Support team for getting my laptop repaired and back to me so quickly and for keeping me updated every step of the way.

Responding on Reddit On Behalf of RazerCustAdvocacy I Found This Article On Reddit Because I Had The Same Issue, My Battery got swollen And touchpad buttons didn't work : https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/1bnmmvi/where_did_you_get_replacement_battery_razer_blade/ which led me to Private Message RazerCustAdvocacy whose response was : “your unit falls under our legacy model, so there's a chance that we may not have the specific part it requires. Please refer to this article. Nevertheless, we can still create a case for you and forward it to our Advanced Support Team for possible battery replacement. If you wish to proceed, please provide the following details...” name, etc. So I PM’ed them my information they got a case number Generated and Let me Know it Will Take 24-48 Hours For A Response , I Thought That Was Very Seamless they also mentioned to me... by sharing your shout-outs with us on our Insider Community, you’ll be entered into

Feedback on RAZER INSIDER service.!

I was facing problems related to razer keyboard which frustrated me a lot..so after trying everything I came to get support from “Razer Insider” as I didn’t have much expectations that there’ll be any help - but withing 12-24 hrs of posting for help I got my reply and was helped pretty well.!! Asked assitence on razer iskur v2 gaming char question/issue.

I was surprised that razer support reached out to me via reddit. Props to them for actually quick response and trying to assist me with my concern. Btw want to mention i love the razer iskur v2 chair. Only had a small issue that i think would be easy to fix. But hoping that Technical support might be able to help me.

After 7 years of amazing service from my Razer Trinity mouse, one of the side buttons stopped working. I posted on the Razer Subreddit and Niel L. reached out to me and helped clean my mouse which fixed my issues! The mouse is working like brand new again. Thank you so much!!

Posted on reddit about a tech issue I was having. Niel spent most of the evening messaging me back and forth, offering various things to try. We eventually figured out the problem, I'm super grateful for the help. Amazing customer service, especially considering I just made a reddit post about my problem!
