Btw want to mention i love the razer iskur v2 chair. Only had a small issue that i think would be easy to fix. But hoping that Technical support might be able to help me.

Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice and the bent base so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
