Today, I just want to take a moment to publicly thank someone who truly helped me during a difficult situation — Razer.Sushi.Boi.
As someone living in Vietnam who purchased a rare Razer mouse model from Japan through a proxy shipping service, my warranty case became extremely complicated. There were language barriers, missing invoice issues, reseller limitations, and many stressful moments during the process.
But through all of that, Razer.Sushi.Boi continued responding patiently, respectfully, and professionally. Instead of ignoring my situation, they actually listened and tried to help me find solutions step by step.
