Hi All,
Today my Cooling Pad has started flashing red. No idea why, Hoping for some guidance?
Steps Performed
- Tried Firmware Update - Firmware update detected the pad, but already on the Latest
- Its detected by Synapse 4, but showing as powered off
- I have disconnected from laptop and power with no luck
- I have uninstalled all razer apps, rebooted and then re-installed, again Synapse detects the cooling pad but marked as powered off. Also detected USB devices attached to the cooling pad
- I have moved usb ports on the laptop for the pad - Didn’t help
- I have removed usb devices from the Cooling Pad Hub - Didn’t Help
I have ran out of idea’s
Any guidance would be appreciated
