Please help I can’t find a fix to this I have been trying all day. everytime I try to open the razer synapse installer nothing happens, then an error file appears.

Hi, Ive had razer synapse 4 for a while, and recently I realized it wasn't working properly, so I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it, I was met with absolutely nothing. I run the exe, (as normal and as admin) and nothing happens, I get a text document stating "Failed to write installed file (no such file or directory)"I have tried a lot of different methods to get around this, I have cleared every scrap of old razers file off my device including registry data. I have reinstalled windows. Ive done it all, and I get the exact same error message every time. I was so desperate that even chat gpt couldn't help me. I'm using windows 11, and there is not a single article/forum I've seen that has this exact error message, it's always "(permission denied)" as the specification. I don't know what Im doing and I'm getting frustrated because I've spent two days trying to fix this, I really need someone who's smart to help me.

 Razer BlackShark V3 Pro – Random Audio Cut (Chat Endpoint Investigation)Issue Description Audio randomly cuts out during gameplay (mostly CS2). The headset remains powered on. There is no disconnect/reconnect sound. Windows does not show the device as disconnected. I must power cycle the headset to restore sound. Gameplay recording still captures both game and Discord audio even when I cannot hear anything from the headset. Key Observations When audio cuts out: Windows still shows the device as active. No USB disconnect event occurs. No RF disconnect sound is heard. Recorded clips still contain full game + Discord audio. ➜ This confirms the PC audio stream is still active. The issue appears more frequently when using: BlackShark V3 Pro – Chat endpoint for Discord. When switching Discord output to: BlackShark V3 Pro – Game The audio becomes: Noticeably louder More stable No random cut so far When disabling and re-enabling: THX

Hello, I just got my razor ornata v3 yesterday. I use the caps lock key to sprint in some games, but it sadly doesn’t work while pressing w and space. The space key doesn’t do anything in that situation and I already tried a lot. 

I got a blackwidow mini keyboard and the Fn keys stopped working. the lights still turn on like it’s working but when i try to use it nothing happens. having synapse opened or closed does not affect the issues.I have tried resetting kb software “esc+caps+space” tried also deleting driver from device manager both only worked until my kb started to light up with the synced effect I have on synapse 

hi just bought a pair of black shark v2 from amazon  { new used } description box opened , got it really cheap not complaining at that , but someone has registered it on their name then sent it back , screws up any warranty i would  have i would  imagine ,anyone got any advice  

I recently bought the Barracuda headset , when I open synapse the device is still showing as OFF even though the device is already ON. I am able to use them with music , videos , games, etc. Are they compatible with Synapse 4.0 or they don’t need to be modified there?This is my first time using razer headphones , please ignore my ignorance 

Hello I bought my Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra last year and has been using it without problems.I have a Razer Synapse 4 already installed a few days ago. A lot of my peripherals got problems but eventually was able to fix them.Just recently, I was using the webcam for a video call. dropped the call after and tried calling another one. Suddenly it stops working. The PC does not recognized that there was a camera plugged in. It was still with a steady white light. So i tried unplugging and plugging it in again. Now there was no light. Tried other ports but still not working. Tried to install the latest driver but even razer cannot detect it. Tried plugging it in to my laptop but no avail.I have not used it in anywhere else but video calls and online meetings. Any help would do.

i want to test signalrgb for some time and also keep synapse running. how can i remove light control from synapse ?

Hello, I need some help with my Razer Audio Mixer.In Razer Synapse 4, my Audio Mixer shows this message:“Unable to load Audio Drivers. We recommended removing and re-plugging the device.”I have already tried unplugging and reconnecting the device many times, but the problem still does not go away.At the moment, the Audio Mixer is detected in Synapse, but I cannot use it properly because of this driver error.Here is what I have already tried: Unplugging and reconnecting the Audio Mixer multiple times Restarting Synapse Restarting my PC Trying different USB ports Additional information: OS: Windows 11 Version 25H2 Razer Synapse 4 version: 4.0. the ambient on this razer blackshark v3 pro suddenly turn off 

I’ve been using the new Raiju V3 Pro for a few weeks after pre-ordering from Razer UK. Overall it feels like a good controller (despite a bit to big and odd ergonomic decisions), but I’m having some big problems specifically when playing on PS5. Issue seem to be worse on wireless with the dongle than wired, but both still poor. The issue: the TMR sticks feel really unresponsive/delayed. The latency is some of the worst I have ever seen. This also causes additional issues when aiming with the right stick (R3), the aim will occasionally glitch—it moves in a straight line in the direction I initially push, but continues moving even after I move the stick elsewhere. Then it suddenly snaps back to where the stick currently is. So: the aim lags behind my input; motion isn’t smooth; it jumps in straight lines; makes tracking targets basically impossible. I have done more in-game tests and research to see if others are having the same issue and it seems they do. Last month I purchased a Razer Naga V2 pro, since I didn’t wanna bother with constantly charging it by plugging and unplugging a cable I also bought the Mouse dock pro. Unfortunately the latter doesn’t seem to work anymore. I noticed today that no matter what I do the battery indicator does not change to charging. Leaving it on the puck for half an hour in fact made the battery charge go down from 37% to 36%. If I connect it via a cable it does charge up. I've tried turning off the mouse before putting it on the dock. I've fully uninstalled Razer Synapse, rebooted the PC and then installed the latest version (4.0. [removed by moderator] ). I'm not sure what else I can try. 90€ for a light up puck that otherwise doesn’t function as it should is expensive decoration.. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Does anyone know how to fix this?  When charging or even sometimes when wireless. I have the num pad on the side bound to Num Pad buttons. But in-games it always inputs as normal Number Row keys. Which makes it completely unusable.  Tried resetting/removing profiles. Removing drivers, etc. Nothing seems to fix it. I can only sometimes fix it in wireless mode if I turn the mouse off and on again. 

Hi Team, It seems this is an issue others have run into here, but I haven’t been able to find an actual solution to this yet. When I boot up my Razer Blade 15 with secure boot, it gives the following message:“Secure Boot ViolationInvalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in setup.”I have turned off secure boot, which allowed me to access my computer again, but I don’t want to keep using it without secure boot. I did some digging, and it seems like this might have been triggered by Windows Security Update (KB5077181), but I’m no expert so I could be wrong. Would appreciate any help in getting this working again.Thanks!

Hello I just bought myself a new Freyja for simracing. After installing synapse 4 and chroma app I could experience it with some music and it is great but when it comes to gaming I can’t make it work. Basicly it works with audio-to-haptics mode but when I change it to “sensa hd games” I don’t get anything. I tried some sim games with simhub also tried a sensa supproted game called screw drivers. There is also live effects test module on simhub, it doesn’t work there as well.  

New here, specifically signed up in hopes that someone could help me with my device. I’ve had this controller for about a month now, and I don’t say this lightly, I still cannot find myself to use it for longer than say an hour…I’ve debated time and time again, if I should just give up on it and return it but then I watchyoutube reviews and everyone is praising it, (hence why i got it to begin with) so i tell myself it’s me…convince myself that I only need to play with it more and it’ll pass…. a whole month man -_- please tell me there’s a fix for the latency, lazy or delayed sticks? i’ve searched everywherei’ve used the synapse app even downloaded the mobile app in hopes that somwhere i could find how to remove the latency or at the very least make it so the sticks feel actually linear and nothing ironically this is my last option, it should have been perhaps the first place to come looking for a resolution but, well that’s my fault. please someone help me D:Setup information - Only p

i have a razor huntsman mini and a razor basilisk v3 and whilst i have razor synapse open my devices profiles wont open so i am unable to use the remapping function for my mouse however when i close the app the on board profiles load which is frustrating as i need to have it open as some features are unable without it has anyone run into this and have you found a solution.

Hello Razer Support,I am experiencing an issue with my Cynosa V2 keyboard where the volume keys no longer support holding to increase or decrease volume after updating to Windows 2026 Preview Build 26200.Details: Keyboard: Cynosa V2 Firmware version: 1.0.2.0 Synapse version: 4.0.86.2601201054 Windows build: 10.0.26200 Problem description: Pressing the volume keys works for single taps, but holding the key no longer produces continuous volume changes. I have tried remapping the volume keys in Synapse, adjusting Windows keyboard repeat settings, and checking all Synapse profiles. The issue persists. Other keyboards on the same machine work normally. This indicates the problem is likely related to Cynosa V2 + Synapse interaction with Windows 26200, rather than Windows itself. Hello,For about three weeks now, I've had a very annoying problem: on my AZERTY keyboard, there's a key that does either : or / (with the shift key). The latter no longer works. I tried with another keyboard (Logitec) and the problem is exactly the same, no /. When starting up, as long as Synapse isn't running, it works fine, of course.If I uninstall Synapse and restart, it works. But if I reinstall, same problem. Even with the last install program. I think there's an error in my cloud configuration, but I don't know what to do or where it might be coming from, even though Synapse has been installed and running for months. Any help would be appreciated,
